I just wanted to add that I just went online and saw my official finish time: 1:44:41. Not bad considering I started that race wanting to finish in less than 2 hours. Then towards the end I decided I wanted to beat 1:45- and I did!

Day 115: GW Parkway Classic
Today my dad and I ran the GW Parkway Classic 10 Miler. It went really well and I finished in just under an hour and 45 minutes. I left my dad at the last water stop just before the 9 mile marker, so I finished a little ahead of him. We had perfect weather for the run and it felt great! My legs don't feel as great now, but they'll feel better after I get my massage tomorrow. Here are me and my dad just after we finished the race.
